KBR is looking for a Procurement and Inventory Controller.
Responsibilities:
- Purchase order management – Prepare, issue, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Stock level monitoring – Track inventory to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Replenishment planning – Forecast demand and plan reorders based on consumption trends and lead times.
- Reporting – Prepare inventory and procurement status reports for
- management.
- Attention to detail – To maintain accurate procurement and inventory records.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years’ work related experience – High School.
- Minimum 4 years’ work related experience - Diploma.
- Supervising and Coordinating Bidding processes for maintenance activities.
- Experience in Contracts administration, cost and controlling budget and SAP knowledge.
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
- Strategic thinking, open to new ideas
- An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
