Duties and Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:
• Maintain and monitor DOT compliance records, including driver qualification files
• Coordinate new hire and ongoing employee training initiatives, including Asmark trainings
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure DOT and OSHA compliance
• Track and report training completion and compliance metrics
• Stay current with federal and state DOT regulations and industry best practices
• Support incident investigations and recommend corrective training actions
• Process billing for safety related invoicing
Skills and Qualifications:
• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations required
• Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail
• Experience in training coordination and compliance tracking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong desire to work in a team environment with aspirations for future growth opportunities
• High confidentiality position; must be trustworthy and operate with high integrity in all
matters
• Proficiency in Asmark a plus
