About This Role:
We’re looking for a full-time Senior Talent Development Partner to join the People Team reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Development. This role is a hybrid role based out of our Hyderabad, India.
In this role, you'll play a key role in building organizational capability and accelerating employee growth by designing and facilitating engaging learning programs while championing the adoption of AI tools across day-to-day work. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in workshop facilitation, learning program design, and applying generative AI to enhance learning and productivity.
What You'll Do:
Learning Program Design & Development
Design, develop, and continuously improve learning programs that support employee growth, manager effectiveness, onboarding, professional development, and organizational capability building.
Create instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning experiences.
Partner with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to identify development needs and build practical learning solutions.
Develop workshop materials, facilitator guides, participant resources, toolkits, and learning assets.
Incorporate feedback, learning data, and business needs to continuously improve programs.
Facilitation & Delivery (Primary Focus)
Facilitate engaging workshops, learning cohorts, onboarding sessions, manager development programs, and team learning experiences.
Use strong facilitation techniques to drive participation, discussion, application, and learning retention.
Adapt facilitation style to meet the needs of different audiences and learning environments.
Create inclusive and psychologically safe learning experiences that encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Support leaders and subject matter experts in delivering effective learning experiences.
AI-Enabled Learning & Capability Building
Integrate AI tools and best practices into learning programs and employee development experiences.
Design and facilitate AI literacy and AI productivity learning sessions for employees and managers.
Stay current on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve learning experiences and employee effectiveness.
Demonstrate practical applications of AI tools that help employees work more efficiently and effectively.
Use AI tools to enhance learning design, content creation, facilitation preparation, and program administration.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can support skill development and performance improvement.
Stakeholder Partnership
Build strong relationships with business leaders, managers, and HR partners.
Consult with stakeholders to understand capability needs and recommend learning solutions.
Manage multiple learning projects and priorities simultaneously.
Measure program effectiveness and share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
This is not a complete list of responsibilities, and the scope of the role may evolve with the needs of the team and business. This role will require occasional travel for team meetings, training, or company events.
What We're Looking For:
5–8 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Experience designing and delivering learning programs in a corporate environment.
Strong facilitation skills with experience leading instructor-led and virtual learning experiences.
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design practices.
Experience partnering with stakeholders to identify learning needs and implement solutions.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
AI Experience (Required)
Demonstrated proficiency using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
Experience incorporating AI into personal workflows, learning design, content development, or employee enablement.
Ability to teach practical AI use cases to non-technical audiences.
Strong curiosity and commitment to continuously learning about AI and emerging technologies.
Ability to evaluate and adopt new AI tools that improve learning outcomes and employee productivity.
Nice-to-have skills:
Experience in a fast-growing technology or SaaS environment.
Experience facilitating leadership or manager development programs.
Certifications in facilitation, instructional design, coaching, or talent development.
Experience working with learning technologies, LMS platforms, and learning analytics.
