What you´ll do Documentation and Systems Management: Prepare, review, and complete all shipping and receiving documents, including customs and co-packer paperwork. Maintain and update the Digital Dock Tracker with all material movements and comprehensive related data. Scan and file vendor receipts. Logistics and Material Coordination: Dispatch carriers to appropriate dock doors to optimize loading and unloading. Monitor and track all inbound and outbound materials (NFG's - Non-Finished Goods, Finished Goods) to and from internal/external warehouses and suppliers. Monitor and track all outbound Recycling and Dunnage materials. Create and monitor Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) for inbound and outbound NFG's and Finished Goods. Monitor and track drop trailers. Input trailer moves for replenishment of production lines. Coordinate with forklift operators to ensure materials are delivered to the correct doors for each line. Communication and Collaboration: Interface with the Traffic department and Customer Service to address order inquiries. Maintain constant communication with distribution center teams regarding inbound and outbound deliveries. Collaborate with the QA department on quality-related issues. Maintain effective communication with co-workers, management, customers, and clients. Compliance and Best Practices: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
