Travel Agent - Italian & English Language (Hybrid)

Would you like to use your Italian and English skills to help travelers explore the world?

As Travel Agent, you will be responsible for customizing holiday packages and creating cruise itineraries, through: 

• Engaging with clients through phone calls, emails, or chat services; 
• Handling inquiries, reservations, changes to itineraries, and payments; 
• Offering recommendations for appropriate destinations, travel dates, and costs based on clients' preferences; 
• Working closely with the cruise line and be the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on travel arrangements and answering any questions or concerns; 
• Using booking systems and software to secure holidays and manage clients travel plans; 

• Keeping clients up to date with any changes regarding their travel arrangements and promptly address any concerns or issues that arise. 

   

The key qualities we’re looking for:

• Excellent Italian and English language skills in both speaking and writing (B2 proficiency or higher); 
• Communication and customer-service skills; 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications; 
• Prior work experience in customer service or a related field (recommended, but not mandatory); 
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work with others towards common goals; 
• Creative problem solver with an out-of-the-box approach; 

• Attention to detail. 

   

You will work with the Travel Agent team from our location in Iasi and you will benefit from a 8-week on-site training program which will help you develop the required skills and knowledge to successfully assist our clients.
