What You’ll Do
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Making inbound and outbound calls
Scheduling and conducting appointments
Presenting benefits to union members who request them
Using basic computer systems to complete paperwork and ensure accuracy
Maintaining quality control standards
Participating in leadership and professional development
Qualifications
We’re looking for individuals who bring:
Strong verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
A positive, energetic, and professional attitude
The ability to interact effectively with individuals and groups
Customer service and/or sales experience (preferred, not required)
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate at all levels
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
