The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications and Sales Analytics & Operations.

- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The Impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the team, the O&E Associate (Outreach & Execution) plays a key role in supporting client onboarding, migration, and implementation activities by executing outreach plans and ensuring timely completion of required actions. The role focuses on driving execution through structured client engagement, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across internal teams and clients.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Executes client outreach activities by sending communications, following up with clients, and ensuring timely responses for onboarding or migration requirements.
- Tracks and manages outreach progress by maintaining accurate trackers, monitoring completion status, and highlighting gaps or delays.
- Coordinates across internal teams (BAs, PLs, CCS, Operations) to align on messaging, timelines, and required client actions.
- Supports migration and implementation execution by ensuring all required inputs (documents, data, confirmations) are collected and validated.
- Monitors deadlines and milestones by proactively following up and escalating risks to avoid delays or service disruption.
- Maintains data accuracy and completeness across systems, trackers, and reporting tools.
- Provides status updates and reporting by preparing regular progress reports and highlighting key risks, blockers, and achievements.
- Escalates issues proactively when clients are unresponsive, data is incomplete, or timelines are at risk.
- Supports process adherence and improvements by following standard outreach frameworks and suggesting enhancements based on experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well organized, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, identify process risks and “red flags”
- Broad knowledge of transfer protocols including FTP/S, SFTP, IBM MQ Messaging, Connect: Direct – Network Data Mover (NDM) and computing systems including Linux/Unix and IBM Mainframe
- Good understanding of IT networking
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
