The Site Admin Executive will be responsible for managing administrative and HR-related activities at the site, with a strong focus on handling third-party workforce lifecycle, compliance monitoring, and vendor coordination.

 

1. Workforce & HR Operations

  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of blue-collar / third-party employees

  • Handle a workforce size of approximately 1,200–1,500 employees

  • Coordinate with vendors providing manpower

  • Ensure proper documentation and onboarding processes are followed

 

2. Compliance Management

  • Monitor statutory and internal compliance related to third-party employees

  • Ensure all required documents, checks, and validations are in place

  • Oversee compliance activities (execution may be vendor-driven, but monitoring is mandatory)

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly compliance tracking

 

3. Vendor & Third-Party Management

  • Liaise with third-party vendors for manpower and services

  • Ensure vendors adhere to compliance and documentation standards

  • Track and validate vendor deliverables

 

4. Billing & Facility Administration

  • Handle bill processing for canteen, facility management, and other services

  • Support basic facility management activities (training will be provided if needed)

 

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain reports using Excel (basic to intermediate level)

  • Track workforce data, compliance records, and billing information

  • Prepare periodic reports as required
