PROGRAM SPECIALIST - TEAM DECISION MAKING FACILITATOR

Join the Arizona Department of Child Safety as a Team Decision Making (TDM) Facilitator and help families make informed decisions that promote child safety, stability, and permanency. This role facilitates family-centered meetings, collaborates with community partners, supports staff training, and ensures adherence to Arizona’s TDM model. Ideal candidates have experience in child welfare or social work, strong facilitation and communication skills, and the ability to travel statewide. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
