POSITION SUMMARY
Key responsibilities:
- Manage executive communications, including calls, emails, and guest interactions
- Ensure compliance with Marriott Operating Standards to maintain brand integrity
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence efficiently and professionally
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee events and presentations with internal teams
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the General Manager and Executive team
- Facilitate effective communication across departments
- Prepare meeting materials, attend meetings, and document minutes accurately
- Monitor office supplies, anticipate needs, and manage procurement processes
- Ensure proper operation of office equipment and arrange maintenance when required
- Resolve office-related issues and ensure operational continuity
- Engage with guests when appropriate, document feedback, and drive resolution actions
- Review internal practices to ensure alignment with company standards and policies
- Follow loss prevention procedures and maintain compliance standards
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters

Key qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to quickly learn company-specific systems
- Strong presentation and meeting coordination skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong multitasking skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to provide timely, accurate, and relevant information to stakeholders
- Ability to effectively handle guest concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Understanding of brand standards, culture, and service excellence principles
- Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues and guests
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
