Patient Access Representative

This position supports the Emergency Department and requires a high level of flexibility to meet operational needs. The selected candidate must be available to support the department 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a primary focus on overnight coverage. Due to the nature of Emergency Department operations, schedules may vary and the individual must be able to respond to staffing needs, provide overnight support, and assist during critical coverage gaps when necessary. Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours are essential for success in this role.
