Financial/Credit Analyst

AESL - Transmission business has multiple projects and have debt across all the projects. We are looking to have a candidate which can perform key function of credit analyst/financial analyst who will have key role which involves financial modeling, preparation of debt term sheet and negotiating financing documentation, and active engagement with lenders and internal teams to support debt raising, refinancing, and ongoing credit monitoring of operational and under-construction transmission projects.
