Job Description
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in customer or partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services.
- Verify the functionality of a developer product feature and provide meaningful feedback to Product/Engineering teams that result in improvements to the developer experience.
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to record product specifications, validate PRDs to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met.
- Create repeatable solutions (e.g., best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure their effective documentation. Develop and manage a streamlined technical process for onboarding new logistics partners and expanding to new countries.
- Write solution code in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with engineering to brainstorm and propose technical solutions to reduce known contact drivers.
