This role is centered on implementing, configuring, and supporting healthcare communication and alerting solutions that enable critical clinical information to reach care teams in real time. You will work in a highly technical and customer-facing environment, deploying and troubleshooting applications across Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server infrastructures. The position involves close collaboration with healthcare providers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful system integrations and go-lives. You will play a key role in resolving complex technical issues spanning networking, mobile applications, telephony, and clinical messaging systems. The environment is fast-paced and mission-critical, requiring strong analytical skills, clear communication, and a customer-first mindset. This is a remote role within the United States with occasional flexibility for extended hours based on business needs.
