- assist in planning and conducting qualitative user research—including interviews, usability tests, field studies, and surveys.
- support desktop research and competitor analysis to uncover trends, behaviours, and opportunities.
- collaborate with designers and strategists to help identify research questions and frame hypotheses.
- participate in workshops, synthesis sessions, and ideation activities to translate findings into actionable insights.
- help create personas, journey maps, and insight reports that inform design decisions and inspire teams to develop product and strategy solution .
- communicate findings clearly through visual storytelling and presentations, internally and to clients.
- continuously explore new research tools and methods to strengthen our human-centered design practice.

Your profile
- bachelor’s degree in Design, Psychology, Anthropology, HCI, or a related field, with 1–2 years of working experience.
- basic understanding of UX research methods and the product development process.
- curiosity, empathy, and strong observation and listening skills.
- proactive mindset with good organizational and communication skills.
- confidence in presenting ideas in both English and Chinese—written and spoken.
- familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, Excel, or survey platforms is a plus.
- bonus: Solid visual skills on UI, graphics, etc.
- bonus: Experience in physical prototyping, 3D tools, or coding/front-end knowledge is a welcome addition.
