Role Overview
As a Medical-Surgical RN, you will deliver direct patient care, manage individualized treatment plans, and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Perform assessments and implement evidence-based care plans
- Document patient progress and clinical interventions
- Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- NCLEX-RN passed or in progress
- Minimum 24 months recent acute care Med-Surg experience
- English language proficiency
- Willingness to relocate to North Carolina for a minimum 3‑year commitment
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $40–$45USD (based on experience)
