Client Controller

This is a senior, multi-client accounting leadership role responsible for acting as the outsourced finance function for a portfolio of high-growth, investor-backed businesses. You will own end-to-end financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic financial insight across multiple client engagements. The role combines technical accounting expertise with client-facing advisory responsibilities, requiring strong communication with founders, CFOs, and stakeholders across various industries. You will also lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, ensuring high-quality deliverables and strong operational execution. A key part of your impact will be building scalable accounting processes, supporting system implementations, and driving financial clarity for fast-moving companies. This is a fully remote role designed for someone who thrives in structured complexity, client ownership, and collaborative leadership across distributed teams.
