How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Join our Regional Center of Excellence (CoE) to support the launch of "MyVoice," our strategic internal climate survey. Working side-by-side with the Regional Program Manager within a diverse, international team, you will contribute directly to an initiative that amplifies employee voices and drives organizational change across Europe, Africa, Middle East, and India.
Key responsibilities:
You will support the preparatory phases and organizational setup prior to the launch of the MyVoice survey.
You will assist in monitoring participation rates and data collection during the active survey period.
You will help gather, organize, and systematically structure the post-survey data & action plans across the region until the end of the year.
You will collaborate closely with the survey project managers within the Center of Excellence team.
You will maintain regular communication and facilitate information flow with main survey stakeholders across different regional entities.
You will prepare tracking documents and status updates to keep the project timeline on schedule.
You will assist the Program Manager in preparing regional presentations and summary reports for human resources leaders.
Are you a MATCH?
Fluent in English, as it is the primary language for all daily interactions, meetings, and global communications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets for organizing, consolidating, and structuring data sets, AI Capabilities.
Collaborative mindset with a natural collaborative approach to connecting with international stakeholders.
Structured and organized work method with a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with digital collaborative platforms and data visualization tools is considered a plus.
