Trades:

Drywall & Taping, Venetian Plaster, Painting & Wallcovering, Exterior & Interior Framing, EIFS, Stucco, and Fireproofing.

This is a general application for all interested field/trade applicants (commercial carpenters, tapers, painters, operators) to provide their information for roles in the primary markets where we do business.

Essential Functions:

• Ability to communicate and understand written and oral instructions.
• Read and understand warning signs, operating instructions for equipment, jobsite safety rules, and jobsite policies.
• Perform all required duties with the first focus on safety.
• Operate cranes, lulls (telehandlers), and other hoisting equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform daily inspections, safety checks, and proper setup of equipment.
• Work closely with riggers, signal persons, and supervisors to complete lifts accurately and safely.
• Responsible for keeping work areas clean and in orderly conditions.
• Proven ability to work independently and alongside a team of both structures and other project members.
• Attend required training through local union training centers for apprenticeship programs and continually strive to improve knowledge.
• Safely lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects; climb onto/off equipment; walk and stand for long periods of time; work in a generally loud environment; and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field and weather conditions including extreme cold, heat, and humidity.
• Possible travel throughout the United States.

• Able to meet all physical requirements.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required by the workload.
• Observe and comply with all safety and project rules. Perform other duties as required.
• Knowledge of rigging, signaling, and load-handling procedures.
• Valid certifications or licenses as required (e.g., NCCCO for cranes, telehandler certification).
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently and with a crew.
• Industry knowledge in crane and material handling operations.
• Detail-oriented, deadline/goal-driven.
