Role description

 

This role offers an early-career professional the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact finance transformation program within the Global Business Services (GBS) team at Booking Holdings Romania, providing Program Teams with hands-on support needed to deliver key project milestones

The intern will support strategic communications,  content creation, portfolio management, and dashboard reporting.  Success in this role: proactive, creative, organized contributor who takes ownership of their assigned tasks, communicates clearly with stakeholders, ensures consistent tracking and execution of activities across the program.



This role provides a hybrid way of working with an onsite presence of 2 days/week.

 

 

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

 

Work with the Project & Organizational Change Management teams, supporting internal communications, workforce management, demand planning and progress and portfolio reporting:  

  • Draft scripts, gather content, and produce employee-facing digital assets—such as videos, presentation decks, and digital banners—to support projects and internal service development 

  • Manage and update the department intranet, ensuring internal communications and marketing materials are aligned 

  • Build and maintain plans and dashboards for portfolio and resource management 

  • Support Workforce Management and Demand Planning completing administrative activities in project management tool 

  • Support Project Managers on Reporting Preparation, Consolidation and Follow ups 

  • Internal/Adhoc Administrative support to Project Managers

 

Role Qualifications and Requirements

  • 0 - 1 years of relevant experience 

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong editing skills and attention to detail 

  • Creative; ability to build visual and written messaging (including videos)

  • Familiarity with (or interest in learning) AI and tools (such as Canva, NotebookLM, Gemini) to develop videos and other communications 

  • Proficiency with Google suite of products (Sites, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive)

  • Problem solver and solution-oriented
