Compliance Coordinator
Full-Time | $19–$22/hour (DOE)
At Pathways for Life, we are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care to the individuals and families we serve. We’re looking for a detail-driven Compliance Coordinator to help ensure our members, caregivers, and systems stay compliant, organized, and audit-ready.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and maintain member and caregiver compliance (documentation, certifications, expirations)
- Review and validate documents for accuracy and completeness
- Proactively track and resolve compliance gaps before they become risks
- Partner with operations teams to ensure timely, audit-ready records
- Support internal and external audits as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in healthcare, compliance, or related field (DDD/ALTCS preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Clear communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Valid AZ driver’s license
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible; occasional evenings/weekends)
- Fast-paced, data-driven role with high accountability
- Primarily computer-based with cross-team coordination
