Contribute to and lead efforts/projects in the deployment, maintenance, and support of Google Cloud region (e.g., cloud data center) infrastructure.
Lead troubleshooting and resolve escalated technical issues regarding affected equipment.
Help test and troubleshoot new server hardware components and designs. Configure and troubleshoot Operating System (OS) related issues on the server.
Resolve technical issues (e.g., hardware, software, application, operational, process) using different tools until final resolution, communicating with different stakeholders.
Work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays and on shift-based schedules as required.
