The People and Culture Specialist, P3, serves as a strategic business partner within the Office, with responsibility for the effective oversight and delivery of a broad range of People and Culture functions. The role provides comprehensive support to the Head of Office, the Management Team, Section and Unit Chiefs, and staff across the full spectrum of HR services. The function ensures that people‑management strategies, practices, advice, and services are fully aligned with the Office’s priorities and UNICEF’s organizational policies, strategic objectives, and people-centric approach.
