As a Customer Service Representative in New Zealand, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting our Territory Management team. Acting as a key point of contact for customers, you will help strengthen relationships, ensure seamless order-to-delivery processes, and collaborate across functions to drive operational excellence. Essential Job Functions:
- Process customer orders, requests, and deliveries accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct pricing, invoicing, and payment handling
- Maintain strong customer relationships by serving as a responsive and reliable first point of contact
- Coordinate logistics, including shipment arrangements, documentation, and daily dispatch activities in collaboration with manufacturing sites
- Manage inventory levels across offsite plants and support stock accuracy through regular reconciliation and reporting
- Oversee intercompany orders and communication, ensuring timely delivery and clear updates on product availability
- Support administrative activities for the Territory Management team, including reporting and documentation
- Maintain organized records, inbox management, and filing systems to ensure smooth operational workflows
- Conduct stock take processes for consignment customers and coordinate replenishment activities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, administration, or sales support role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical thinking and sound judgment to navigate complex situations effectively
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with SAP is an advantage
