Job Description
Position Summary
Responsible for supporting the Corporate Compliance Department by coordinating and performing audit and monitoring activities across healthcare operations and clinical research settings within the Valley Health System. Ensures day‑to‑day execution of audit plans, assists with compliance inquiries, and supports departmental initiatives under the direction of Compliance leadership.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Allied Health Professions or another related field from an accredited program.
HCCA certification or master’s degree preferred
Experience
At least 4 years:
- Experience in the field of Quality Assurance and or Clinical Trials Auditing
- Experience analyzing clinical, technical, and financial data and preparing summary reports
Skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and auditing processes and procedures
- Ability to perform Statistical Analysis, Random Sampling, Extrapolation
- Ability to analyze and communicate technical, financial and clinical data
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
