Job Description
This highly operational, insight-led finance role is key to improving park profitability and guest value by providing data-driven insight to operational teams.
We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to work closely with Regional Directors and Park Teams. You will be responsible for translating trading and financial data into clear actions and driving better decision making across cost control, operational performance and trading outcomes.
What you will be doing...
Act as a business partner to our parks and Regional Directors, aiding them in translating financial data into actionable insight
Input into and be a critical eye on ROI's and park level analysis when required
Support business planning through robust financial analysis and modelling
Analyse anomalies in accounts, working closely with central teams and parks to understand and provide updates into forecasting
Support the monitoring of KPI's and benchmarking across parks on a monthly basis and building of dashboards around this
Provide month end analysis on key focuses for Regional Directors, supporting them with data driven insight
Create a rolling reforecast programme at park level for key cost areas, incorporating trading trends and operational insight to support parks in planning, for the finance forecast programme and to aid better cashflow management.
Support the park budgeting process including engaging Regional Directors and parks with phasing and review of proposed targets and providing feedback to the commercial finance team
Proactively support strategic decision‑making at all levels through insight, data and commercial thinking
About you...
Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with several years’ post‑qualification experience
Ideally experienced within leisure, hospitality or multi‑site operations
Strong financial analysis capabilities
Experience providing insight in complex businesses with multiple sites and income streams
Experience with forecasting and budgeting
Strong communication skills
Ability to problem solve and think critically
Confidence to challenge constructively
Ability to link operational drivers to financial outcomes
Experience using PowerBI and advanced Excel skills
Available for limited travel to support regions when required
