Substitute Mechanic Intern

Start Date: Immediately!

Pay: $20.00 per hour, 35 hours max per week.

SUMMARY

To assist mechanics while learning required maintenance to ensure that school buses are in good mechanical condition and provide safe pupil transportation service.

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS

The Mechanic Apprentice shall have a high school diploma or GED. The employee should be enrolled in or recently graduated from a formal training program for diesel and/or gasoline-powered equipment.
