Senior Computer User Support Specialist

Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client.   The Work: The Senior Computer User Specialist provides technical support to end users for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware. Resolves incidents and problems that cannot be addressed by first-tier desk personnel. Collaborates with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development teams to restore services and identify and correct underlying issues.
