Senior Industrial Engineer

The Senior Industrial Engineer serves as a key technical and analytical leader responsible for internal production capacity, flow, efficiency, and execution readiness within the manufacturing facility. This role is the primary collector and analyst of production data, translating shop-floor facts into insights that support critical operational and capital decisions. The role partners directly with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, shop-floor Material Managers and Operators. They are responsible for leading specific manufacturing events that bring cross-functional teams together to develop best-in-class processes, standard work, and benchmarking.
