We are looking for a motivated electrical engineer to design cable systems within HV electri-cal substations in the global market. In this position you will be involved in the engineering of electrical equipment, systems and installations, including specifications for manufacturing and construction, working within an international team of experienced professionals.
Tasks:
- You'll be working with a 3D model of an HV substation - yes, real modelling, no boring!
- You'll stick to the plan and the budget, but don't worry, there's always room for your own creativity. Just make sure the final deliveries are of good quality, on time and within the estimated budget we agreed on.
- You collect data and help the engineers with the preparation of building permit applications, you work on drawings but it's mainly engineering work.
- You are involved in the procurement of materials and services, reviewing documents from suppliers and preparing requests for quotation. You are simply at the centre of the project!
- You consult with clients on the technical details and requirements of the project you have been personally involved in together with the team.
- You coordinate and assign tasks to the technical and administrative team you work in.
Employee requirements
- Education in ELECTRICAL or POWER ENGINEERING
- English - Intermediate (B1) - German is welcome (not compulsory)
- Experience with 3D modelling is required, with BIM an advantage
- Pro customer approach, communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CAD/CAE applications such as MicroStation or AutoCAD.
- Understanding project scheduling and interrelationships within a construction project is an advantage.

Compensation (Gross)
€1,700 per month
Plus an annual bonus of 15%. The stated gross monthly salary represents the minimum starting salary. The final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and will be specified during the interview process.
