Program Manager

The Program Manager leads large, complex program initiatives from inception through completion, driving cross-functional collaboration and defining success metrics to ensure strategic objectives are met. This role holds full accountability for cost, schedule, and technical performance while proactively identifying and mitigating program risks. The Program Manager serves as a key external representative, delivering presentations to customers and executive leadership, participating in contract negotiations and milestone planning, and cultivating customer relationships to support long-term business growth.
