Associate Plain Clothes Operative, Communication Center

The incumbent plays a key role in protecting the safety and security of Guests and Cast Members at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. Acting as a central communication hub, this role supports coordination across Security and Operations teams, monitors critical systems, and ensures timely response to incidents and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate security systems, including CCTV, fire alarm (AFA), access control (Lenel), and weather systems
• Manage communication platforms such as digital radio and public address systems
• Coordinate and provide communication support across Security teams and other Lines of Business
• Respond to and assist in handling security incidents and emergency situations
• Maintain, review, and update operational procedures and documentation

Requirements

• Secondary education or above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (security or operations preferred)
• Valid Security Personnel Permit
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to incidents
• Familiarity with security, communication, or monitoring systems is an advantage
