Clark Energies is seeking a high-character, career-oriented leader to fill the role of Direct Sales Manager. This position is designed for a proven professional who leads by example, develops strong managers, and executes within a structured, high-performance organization.
At the beginning of our training program, you will learn the fundamentals of the renewable energy industry while becoming familiar with our operational structure. You will then receive in-depth training on the structure, culture, and leadership standards of Clark Energies.

- Minimum 5+ years of direct sales experience (required)
- Proven ability to self-generate appointments
- Must possess a cell phone and laptop/tablet for proposal presentations
- Comfortable conducting in-home consultations
- Represent and market Clark Energies within assigned territory
- Develop new clientele and expand market presence
- Train consultants on conducting effective in-home solar consultations
- Lead and host weekly meetings for appointment setters and consultants
- Ensure all performance targets, goals, and KPIs are consistently met
