Junior Engineer - Mine Operations (Mining Sirdar)

As a Mining Sirdar, the primary role is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of mining activities within the designated area. Key responsibilities include overseeing bench dressing, stability of benches and OB dumps, coal operations, and implementing safety measures. Additionally, the Mining Sirdar is responsible for maintaining haul roads, controlling dust, and promptly addressing any safety hazards or incidents to maintain a secure working environment. Compliance with DGMS guidelines and CMR-2017 regulations is integral to the role.
