SCA & Labor Relations Specialist

The Work: The SCA & Labor Relations Specialist provides operational support in the areas of SCA compliance and labor relations, working closely with senior HR management in supporting company goals and objectives. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Services Contract Act (SCA) and supporting collective bargaining agreement requirements. The SCA & Labor Relations Specialist also supports key HR functional areas, including employee relations, employee life cycle management, retention and engagement strategies, and employment law compliance. All duties and responsibilities performed in accordance with the Core Values of Cayuse.
