- Manage product launch strategies in accordance to the project playbook and primary measure(s)
- Serve as an active member of assigned Product Release Teams
- Understand the scope and operational and systems requirements of cross-functional teams for launch
- Work with operations leadership to identify project requirements
- Recommend strategies, processes and solutions for operational impacts
- Create operational process and workflow documentation
- Work with sales leadership to create or facilitate needed materials for sales readiness
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant Experience or Degree in: Business or Computer Science; Combination of relevant training and/ or experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum 1+ Years ar business product services and/or external customer/market experience
- Prefer direct experience with doing software development, testing and/or business analysis. Prefer experience with Agile software products and delivery methodology.
