
LICSW Clinical Supervisor / Community-Based Mental Health Therapist
Job Description
Location: In and Around the Twin Cities Metro
Due to growth, Associated Clinic of Psychology is seeking a full-time LICSW Board Approved Supervisor to join our growing team of clinicians. As a Supervisor, you would be a piece of the foundation that supports our mission of being the provider and employer of choice for behavioral health care services in the Twin Cities Metro and Western Wisconsin. Responsibilities:
- Supervise our Community-Based services program
- Maintain a clinical caseload and meet the expectations of a licensed therapist
- Provide weekly individual supervision and monthly group supervision to clinical trainees, including administrative supervision
- Be available for supervisees to support their growth and development in becoming LICSWs
- Complete diagnostic assessments and develop custom treatment plans
- Develop therapeutic relationships to establish personal recovery goals, rehabilitative goals, and objectives with clients
- Collaborate and coordinate services with school staff, families or guardians of clients, case managers, and medical personnel
- LICSW-Board Approved Supervisor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Mental stability and ability to model appropriate boundaries.
- Timely, accurate submission of documentation of services and other documents as required.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance, plus a willingness to travel within the Twin Cities metro area.

Pay Range: $73,000 - $77,000 per year
