Job Description

Quality Operations Manager
Responsible for leading Quality Operations at site level, driving strategic quality initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building high‑performing teams in a regulated environment.

Your role:

• Lead and oversee the Quality Engineering function and broader Quality Assurance operations, ensuring full compliance with global regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485) and corporate quality requirements.
• Drive strategic quality initiatives, including CAPA programs, non‑conformance resolution, process validation, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and operational performance.
• Ensure site audit readiness by managing internal and external audits, coordinating regulatory interactions, and maintaining robust quality systems aligned with global standards.
• Partner with site leadership and global/corporate teams to align quality strategies, monitor performance metrics, oversee supplier quality and product transfers, and represent the site in global quality governance forums while developing talent through coaching and succession planning.

You're the right fit if:

• 7+ years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing within a regulated industry, with proven leadership in cross‑functional environments and responsibility for audits, CAPA, and validation programs.
• Strong expertise in Quality Systems, regulatory compliance, CAPA management, audit readiness, performance metrics, continuous improvement, and team leadership.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Biotechnology), Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, global organizational structures.
