Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist

2nd Shift - 7 on/7 off (72 hours bi-weekly, 10 hour shifts, 12pm-10pm)   Monitors drug therapy to improve patient outcome and quality of care, recommends rational and cost-effective pharmacotherapeutic alternatives and provides accurate and efficient medication distribution. Implements and evaluates nutritional support and pharmacokinetic regimens. Supervises pharmacy technical staff.
