Our cutting edge products include band saw blades, meat grinder plates and knives, and cutlery. We also offer a vast range of butcher supplies, seasonings, replacement parts, and repair services to grocers, restaurants, and meat, seafood, deli and bakery departments.
SUMMARY: Directly interacts with customers regarding collection of past due accounts, resolves customer disputes, and maintains updated customer information. Focus primarily in carrying out day-to-day BILLING duties and performs various RECEIVABLES activities as required by the Accounts Receivable Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Process all house, distributor, & electronic summary billings.
Makes follow up calls to customers regarding outstanding balances due and enters info into system.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and related business experience. Some college courses in Accounting or Business preferred. Minimum of two years related accounting or A/R experience, preferably with manufacturer.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Effective verbal and written communication skills with both management and customers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Basic arithmetic skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, etc. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and interest.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram or schedule form.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Must be PC proficient in word-processing and spreadsheets (MS Office), email (MS Outlook), 10 Key by touch, Voice Mail. AS400 and Visual skills a plus.
