Risk Consulting is looking for a candidate to join our Business Resilience & Dital Risk area as Senior Consultant based in Milan for a hybrid role.
Risk Consulting is a management consulting firm that provides risk management services as part of Marsh Risk, a leader in insurance brokerage and head of the international Marsh Group, a group of expertise in strategic and management consulting, reinsurance, human capital, and investments (Oliver Wyman, Guy Carpenter, Mercer).
The Business Resilience & Digital Risk area brings together expertise in cyber risk, business continuity management, and digital risk to support industrial and financial clients in safeguarding the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of their information assets, including risks along the supply chain; defining measures and processes that ensure the continuity of services and operational and production facilities in the event of business interruptions; and designing innovative digital solutions that leverage data and emerging technologies to prevent, monitor, and manage risk over time.
We will count on you to:
You will have the opportunity to join the team in support of the Practice and Area Leader, who lead the value proposition of the Business Resilience & Digital Risk area. You will be responsible for:
- Defining strategies, roadmaps, and benchmarks in Cyber Security and Business Resilience, using the main security and data protection frameworks (e.g., NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, CER Directive).
- Conducting Risk Assessment and Risk Quantification activities, including the use of data analysis and aggregation tools (e.g., Power Query) and automated reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Assessing and implementing Business Continuity Management systems and supporting clients on a journey of continuous improvement over time.
- Performing Business Impact Analyses, identifying business interruption scenarios, and defining Business Continuity strategies and plans.
- Developing risk indicators and continuous monitoring dashboards (e.g., KRI, KCI, KPI)
- Developing innovative tools and solutions to support Top Management decision-making (e.g., through the use of AI, Power Automate, Python, etc.).
- Conducting analyses and projections on megatrends to anticipate potential impacts from future events.
- Analyzing and developing Crisis Management solutions.
- Conducting analyses, implementations, and client support related to the adoption of Cyber/Business Resilience regulations (DORA, NIS2, CER).
- Managing the risk of Artificial Intelligence solutions.
- Collaborating with colleagues from other practices to implement integrated solutions for our clients.
- Evolving the value proposition and leading the delivery team.
What you need to have:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics
- Proven experience n Risk Management
- Excellent command of Microsoft 365
- Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork and coaching mindset
- Good commercial and business development skills
- Specific certifications will be considered a plus (CISSP, CISM, CBCM, CISA, ISO27001, ISO22301)

What we offer:
- The position is offered on a permanent basis.
- We propose a gross annual salary starting from € 32.000 for a full-time position. Depending on experience, skills and qualifications, we are willing to consider compensation above the starting salary. Variable remuneration may be granted in accordance with company policy. Further details will be shared during the selection process or directly in the employment contract.
- The National Collective Bargaining Agreement (NCBA) applied is "Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi”.
