Job Description
1 Customer Support:
- Provide prompt and efficient customer support to emerging business clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
2 Inquiry Handling:
- Address customer inquiries related to products, services, account information, and transactions.
3 Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer service database.
4 Compliance:
- Ensure that all customer interactions and processes adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
5 Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about company products, services, and offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Educate customers on how to use company services effectively and efficiently.
6 Feedback Collection:
- Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for service improvement.
7 Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
8 Service Quality:
- Strive to maintain high service quality standards and exceed customer expectations.
9 Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by the Customer Service Manager.
10 Cross-selling:
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell company products and services to customers.
11 Escalation Handling:
- Escalate complex customer issues to higher levels of support as needed.
12 Customer Engagement:
Maintain a positive and engaging attitude while interacting with customers.
Qualifications -
Minimum Degree: Graduate in any discipline.
