Job Description
cFocus Software seeks a Business Analyst to join our program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position is on site in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area. This position requires a TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.

- Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field with 4-12+ years of experience in business analysis
- Proficient in requirements elicitation techniques and documentation
- Experience with business process modeling and analysis tools
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and user story development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
Duties:
- Analyzes business processes, gathers requirements, and translates stakeholder needs into technical specifications.
- Conducts stakeholder interviews, facilitates requirements workshops, and documents functional and non-functional requirements.
- Creates process models, use cases, and user stories.
- Collaborates with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Performs gap analysis and recommends process improvements.
- Supports user acceptance testing and change management activities
