Key job responsibilities
About The Role And Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of 5-10 Procurement Operations professionals and Coordinators across multiple buildings, ensuring network-wide standardization for all procurement processes and FC service activities
• Manage complex supply chain and procurement aspects in support of Operations Lead within building and network projects
• Coordinate demand identification, procurement, and inventory management of all non-merchandise items for Fulfillment Centers and Delivery Stations
• Partner with Non-Inventory Receivers/Procurement Coordinators and FC Management to coordinate storage, labor, and flow through dock and yard areas
• Supervise supplier relationships and performance to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance
• Develop and utilize metrics to measure operational readiness
• Oversee contract compliance for key spend categories and suppliers
• Administer and organize national/regional contracts for supplies and services
• Resolve payment issues with vendors and accounts payable
• Partner with internal customers to positively influence spending decisions and help manage Fixed Costs
• Run strategic sessions with key country and regional stakeholders
• Execute and lead local and regional strategic improvement and procurement projects

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in people management
- 5+ years of relevant strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis experience
- Experience practicing best-in-class procurement processes (category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, or equivalent)
- Experience with tools/systems to analyze data including Excel, Access, SQL or other data management systems
- Knowledge of ERP and procurement tools, including Oracle, Coupa and Ariba
- Experience working cross-functionally and across regions
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
- CIPS qualification
