Associate Creative Director

The Associate Creative Director (ACD) is a strategic, visionary creative leader who plays a critical role in shaping the VITAS Healthcare brand. Working closely with the Senior Director of Creative and senior marketing leadership, the ACD is responsible for concepting and executing bold, compelling creative across all touchpoints - digital, print, video, and experiential, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand positioning, and audience needs. The ACD provides creative leadership to a team of designers, writers, and multimedia specialists, driving innovation, mentoring talent, and fostering a high-performance creative culture rooted in empathy, storytelling, and excellence.
