Tasks:

• Planning and controlling production orders in production and monitoring adherence to deadlines
• Ensuring material availability, identifying bottlenecks (production capacities) and initiating appropriate measures in coordination with purchasing and other production departments
• Scheduling and releasing production orders in the ABAS ERP system / etagis planning tool
• Short-, medium-, and long-term capacity planning for resources and compensatory measures in the event of capacity bottlenecks
• Maintaining master data in the ERP system
• Customer scheduling
• Supporting and planning NPI projects
• Developing relevant key performance indicators for the planning and production areas (such as DOH, OTD, ATS, etc.)
• Development and planning of forecasts (sales planning) in coordination with the sales department

Profil:

• Successfully completed degree in economics/technology or equivalent training
• Solid professional experience in production planning/scheduling in a manufacturing company
• Very good MS Office skills
• Knowledge of ERP/PPS systems (Oracle & etagis desirable)
• Independent, analytical, and precise working style
• A careful approach to work, flexibility, assertiveness, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you
• Good written and spoken English skills
