Job Responsibility and key Decisions
Assist in the development, optimization, and scaleup of cell culture processes to produce biologics and recombinant proteins.
Perform routine cell culture tasks, including media preparation, cell line maintenance, and cell expansion.
Monitor and record cell growth, viability, and productivity, ensuring optimal conditions for highyield cultures.
Support the implementation of scaleup processes from lab to pilot scale, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cell culture performance and process variability.
Ensure compliance with GxP, SOPs, and other regulatory requirements during all cell culture activities.
Maintain accurate records of experiments, protocols, and results for regulatory submissions and internal reporting.
