Company description Publicis West Africa (PWA) is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Accra. As a key member of our West African operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating workstreams across 25 countries in the region. You will lead and inspire a team of talented media specialists, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment Overview You'll lead client success stories by devising effective campaign strategies, overseeing execution across all channels, and achieving measurable results for our extensive portfolio in 25 countries throughout Central and West Africa. Responsibilities Expectations of The Digital Media Manager: • Develop Integrated Strategies: Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to create data-driven digital-first strategies media strategies that seamlessly integrate traditional and digital channels (TV, radio, experiential, print, social, search, programmatic) for maximum impact. • Translate Vision to Action: Develop comprehensive media plans outlining target audiences, key channels, budget allocation, and KPI targets. Collaborate with creatives and media specialists to transform strategies into actionable tactics. • Lead the Execution Symphony: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client objectives. • Become a Data Detective: Monitor campaign performance across all channels, analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities, and implement adjustments tomaximize ROI. • Client Champion: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, addressing inquiries, and proactively identifying their needs throughout the campaign lifecycle. • Create and present clear, insightful campaign reports that highlight performance metrics, key learnings, and ROI. Negotiate and secure the best value for media buys across platforms, ensuring maximum campaign ROI. • Stay updated on the latest media trends and technologies (traditional and digital) to identify innovative opportunities for campaign enhancement. • Demonstrate strong proficiency in media planning tools and platforms (DSPs, Ad Servers, media planning software). • Maintains a sense of discretion and professionalism, representing the Groupe. • Execute any other tasks assigned by your immediate head of department or supervisor. Qualifications Qualifications and Skills • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in media operations or a similar role. • In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital media channels, including programmatic advertising. • Expertise in media research, audience analysis, and data-driven decision-making • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Experience in managing project budgets and timelines. • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights for campaign optimization and reporting • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively Additional information Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. • Attend industry events and conferences to network and expand knowledge. • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI) is beneficial. • Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail. • Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills. • Excellent French writing and speaking skills is a hiring advantage.
