• The Associate Development Specialist will have a BS degree in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, or similar disclipline. preferrably with prior experience with mammalian cell culture. 

• He/she will be responsible for the daily execution of laboratory scale bioreactor studies in an integrated, non-GMP, cell culture process development laboratory. 

• The primary goal of these studies will be to develop phase-appropriate cell culture-based processes for therapeutic protein production. 

• The incumbent conducts experimental data entry and ensures that the data are verified in an approved manner. 

• Coordination, communication, and collaboration with bioprocess engineers, scientists, and operation staff is an essential aspect of this position.
