Job Description
Ensure compliance with all HSSEQ rules and regulations, including wearing the appropriate PPE and assume CERT role stipulated in the Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
Report all abnormal incidents including faulty equipment through Incident Database or Maintenance Request Form respectively.
Respond to emergencies as an Emergency Response Team (ERT) member
Operate the terminal system according to work procedures by conscientiously carrying out Daily Action Plan, updating the daily checklists, tankfarm or jetty logs. All mandatory training related to HSSEQ, all relevant task evaluations and OCIMF modules should be completed to complement the task above.
Assume tankfarm operator role in performing these tasks independently:
- WDO
- Sampling
- Tank gauging
- System line up
- Operate waste water and slop system
- Pump strainer cleaning
- Line pigging
- Blinding/deblinding
Assume the role of Loading Master in conducting berthing/unberthing of vessels, assist in ship-shore interface coordination and other jetty related function independently.
Perform Basic frontline maintenance activities through equipment troubleshooting. Escalate to maintenance if required
